EMS Run On Milwaukee

Good morning, everyone, it's 8am. A very, very warm day we've got here. It's currently sunny and 70 degrees. It is supposed to warm into the 80s during the day, with severe thunderstorms forming later in the day. We'll see what happens with that. I'll be blogging until 5pm today. Anyway, this is my last week of school until Spring Break :). I'm excited. Speaking of school, I have a Student Government meeting on Friday, and speaking of meetings, I may attend a CAPS Beat meeting for Beat 1733 on Thursday. Otherwise, I have no meetings this week. With that, here's crime for this morning and afternoon.

10:44am - EMS run. 3181 N Milwaukee. Male down on a bench.

10:50am - Check the well being. Fullerton and Hamlin. A man called 911 and was excited (as in scared), but the man hung up before 911 could find out why he was excited.

12:49pm - Battery in progress. Kildare and Schubert. Group of males fighting.

12:57pm - Beat 5555David is conducting some sort of stop at 2900 N Ridgeway.

1:05pm - Traffic accident. 4102 W Armitage.

1:13pm - Beat car 2525 needs an emergency tow from the 1:04pm job. Got a car on the sidewalk.

3:24pm - Burglar alarm. 2973 N Milwaukee. At the MB Finanical Bank.

3:35pm - Beat car 2523 says that the 3:15pm guy is really drunk, and that he was advised to recontact CPD tomorrow morning. He's too drunk to talk to.

3:45pm - 1) Gang disturbance. Shakespeare and Lawndale. Flashing signs. 2) Burglar alarm. 3601 W Armitage.

3:51pm - Burglar alarm. 2403 N Hamlin.

4:38pm - Person w/ a knife. Belmont and Milwaukee. Three males running down Belmont, towards Hamlin, with an ax in hand.

4:40pm - A slow down is being given on the 4:38pm job.

4:43pm - Beat 2505 is doing a park check at Kelvyn.

4:46pm - Criminal damage. Belmont and Lawndale. Someone's car windows were broken out.

5:00pm - I'm gone for the night. I'll see you all tomorrow. Have a goodnight, everyone, and be safe.

They're on Belmont, yes, but they don't "run" anything.
