U.S. Supreme Court Ruling on Enhanced Sentences for Repeat Offenders

Earlier this morning, the United States Supreme Court ruled on the following case that affects the entire nation as relates to enhanced sentencing for repeat offenders:

The United States Supreme Court has just issued a final ruling on Enhanced Sentences for Repeat Offenders and it reads as follows: SCOTUS Ruling on Repeat Offender Enhanced Sentences is 8-1: 11-9540, Descamps. Per Kagan. The modified categorical approach does not apply to statutes that contain a single indivisible set of elements. In Plain English, it is now harder for the government to use the facts of a prior conviction to enhance a federal criminal sentence. The decision of the court of appeals against the defendant is reversed.

And put them where? The jails are overcrowded. Why not just deport any illegal alien instead of keeping and feeding him in prison?

Why not put any criminal in death row instead of deporting humans who are here to do the jobs that "americans" are too lazy & feel are too under paid too do?
