Any word on a shooting around Schubert & Sacramento at around 1:30/2:00 this morning? My roommate and I were woken up by what distinctly sounded like 4 to 5 gunshots that sounded like they were from close by.

I am so exited for you Timmy! I wish you the best in college. Keep your head up and don't give up!

Why whine about these shootings. The victims are gangbangers or friends of them. The only thing out on the street late at night is trouble. Don't pity them, rejoice.

Why can't the police do anything about these drug "passouts" in the morning??? It's usually good quality heroin & it gets the addicts hooked for the day. Same location EVERY morning. Of course, after the "freebie" they spend the day stealing for more. But it's a little West of Avondale so you wouldn't care.
