Good afternoon, everyone, it's 3:25pm. I'm ticked off this afternoon, but not about school. I'm ticked off about punks in this neighborhood. The ones that hang out around Belmont and Central Park. Why do they feel the need to constantly throw snowballs at our school bus as we're coming down Central Park?? If it isn't them, it's the brats (yeah, that's what they are) from Reily doing it. I'm sick of this. I'm emailing Ald. Colon and the 17th District Police Commander about this. There needs to be squad cars present over there. It's complete uncalled for this to be happening everyday. Well, here's crime for this afternoon and evening.
3:22pm - Domestic disturbance. 3730 W Shakespeare. Problem with the 14 yr old daughter's boyfriend.
3:41pm - Assist the PO. Armitage and Keystone. Off duty PO has someone on the ground who may have a gun.
3:43pm - A slow down is being given for Armitage and Keystone. It was a fake gun that a kid pointed.
4:06 to 4:21pm - I wasn't paying attention. Sorry.
4:28pm - Check the well being. 4445 W Barry. The 8 and 11 yr old neighbors went upstairs with some guy who claimed to be their uncle. Caller wants to make sure nothing happened to them.
4:31pm - Assist the citizen. 1651 N Monticello. Caller came home to broken windows and wants police present when they go through the building.
4:33pm - Beat car 2523 lets Dispatch know that they made contact with the kids' mother. They're calling the caller back.
4:34pm - The 4:28/4:33pm person was notified.
4:37 to 4:40pm - Kept turning the radio to other channels. Sorry.
5:29pm - Assist the citizen. 2233 N Hamlin. Caller needs to get belongings.
5:35pm - The 5:29pm call is actually at 2233 S. Hamlin, not N. That's in the 10th District. This is from a call back Dispatch did when 2525 arrived on scene.
5:54pm - Domestic Battery. 3649 W Cortland. Boyfriend is hitting the caller.
6:07pm - Parker. 2338 N Kedvale.
6:47pm - Fire run. 4044 W Armitage. Gas leak and CFD needs a forced entry.
7:02pm - Person w/ a gun. Hamlin and Belmont. Male Black, white sweater is selling drugs at the Moblie gas station. He's got a gun.
7:07pm - I just checked Google maps for Hamlin and Belmont, and there appears to be no Moblie gas station at that corner.
7:10pm - A slow down is given on the 7:02pm job. An officer is saying the same exact thing I said, there appears to be no Moblie gas station there. The only thing over there is Dunkin Donuts. Beat car 2523 will drive around for a few minutes in the area to locate a Moblie gas station.
7:14pm - The 7:o2pm job is coded 19Charlie.
7:15pm - Burglar alarm. 3848 W Wrightwood. Two dogs on scene.
7:22pm - Disturbance. 2508 N Kostner. Kids pointing lasers at the caller.
7:39pm - Sounds like there's a high speed chase starting. Beat 2561Adam tried to pull over a car at Division and Keeler, but they didn't stop. The car was last seen turning on Augusta from Keeler.
7:40pm - Shots fired by the police. Kildare and Augusta. Vehicle isn't stopping. About 20 seconds later, 2561 is requesting EMS. An offender was shot by the cops. Wonder why that happened?
7:41pm - A slow down is being given on Augusta.
7:47pm - Criminal damage in progress. 3650 W Diversey. Three male Hispanics tagging the brick building.
7:59pm - Domestic disturbance. 4003 W Palmer.
8:00pm - I have to go. Good night, everyone, and I'll be back tomorrow.

There were three jobs yesterday morning before I left for school. I forgot to post them onto the main post, so here they are:
6:19am - Disturbance. Belmont and Milwaukee. At Walgreens. This job is sent over to 17 as it's on 17's side.
6:30am - Bus alarm. Fullerton and Pulaski. Bus #1044, heading towards Central Park.
6:37am - The 6:32am bus is already at Western on Fullerton. Beat car 2525 is given a disregard.
