Good morning, everyone, it's 5:50am. Today is going to be a bit warmer than yesterday (good thing because I'm getting sick of the cold weather). We'll see what happens with that. Anyway, lots of progress is being made on Beat 2523. At this month's meeting, we'll have a speaker regarding the drunks on Milwaukee, and we'll also have a minister from St. Hyacinth at the meeting. I encourage everyone living on this Beat to go to this meeting. It's on the 27th starting at 7pm. Here is crime before I leave for school this morning and this afternoon/evening
5:51am - Person w/ a knife. 4160 W Fletcher. Someone pulled out a knife and is threatening to kill someone.
5:56am - Not sure if this is related, but there's a man with a gun call at 4115 Fletcher. Male Hispanic standing on the porch, screaming, with a gun.
6:00am - One officer thinks these two jobs are related. They seem to have called on each other.
6:13am - The 5:51am job is coded 19P. The people living there are just on some nonsense this morning. Beat car 2523 will not respond to anymore calls there for the rest of the day.

3:16pm - I'm back. Good afternoon :).
3:26pm - Beat 2505 does park check at Kelvyn.
3:31pm - Parker. 2300 block of N Kedvale. Permits.
3:32pm - Beat 2576Sam is with 2574 at Kelyvn Park High school's dismissal.
3:42pm - Gang disturbance. 2324 N Springfield.
3:45pm - Person wanted. 3105 N Haussen. The mental sister who went missing and has a warrant is on scene.
3:46pm - Beat 5505 is doing a consent search at 2216 N Keystone. Event number is 10614.
3:53 to 4:10pm - I was half asleep. I was trying to make sure I'd sleep for a few minutes so I didn't fall asleep later on.
4:12pm - Battery in progress. 4246 W Fullerton. Big gang fight by the store.
4:13pm - Battery in progress. Fullerton and Kostner. Group of teens fighting on the street. Near the school and the park.
4:17pm - The 4:13pm job is also coming in as a "Person w/ a knife". Male White wearing all black has a knife. About 20 seconds later, a slow down is being given on the 4:12/4:13pm jobs.
5:30pm - Traffic accident. Avers and Fullerton. Property damage.
6:23pm - They're calling back on the 3:45pm job. There's some woman on scene bothering the caller's mom. Some kind of argument on scene.
6:26pm - Beat car 2534 has a traffic stop at Kostner and Wrightwood.
6:28pm - Suspicious vehicle. 4006 W Belden. Light colored SUV in front, in the tow zone, with some people in it looking around.
6:42pm - Battery in progress. Milwaukee and Monticello. Six guys fighting on the street. Caller thinks they may have also seen a knife too.
6:47pm - I have to go eat. I'll be back.
7:02pm - I'm back.
7:09pm - Domestic disturbance. 2529 N Lawndale. Problem with the 15 yr old son who made grandma cry.
