Good evening, everybody, it's 5:51pm. Sorry for being so late, but I was swamped with homework, but I'm done and ready to blog. Anyway, today was good for me but crazy for lots of others ;). Tomorrow, I'm heading on my first field trip of the year to go to Northeastern University for the transition fair (about getting a job after high school, but I already know where I want to work which is at the 911 center being a dispatcher). Yours truly will be speaking to students at Northeastern regarding this blog during the fair. I can't wait. It'll be exciting. So, here's crime for this evening.
6:00pm - Narcotics. On 2524's Beat.
6:01pm - 1) Parker. 1800 N Harding. 2) Battery report. 4052 W Armitage.
6:05pm - Disturbance. 2107 N Lawndale. Group of males arguing in front.
6:36pm - Parker. 3900 W Barry.
6:43pm - There's a criminal damage job on Central Park. Not sure where on Central Park because the radio cutted out on me.
6:49pm - Criminal damage in progress. 2218 N Central Park. Male tagging the garage. Not sure if this is related to the 6:43pm job.
6:57pm - The 6:49pm job actually occurred at 3557 W. Palmer, in 14. It's being sent over to Zone 3.
7:00pm - I have to go eat. I'll be back soon.
7:25pm - I'm back.
7:39pm - Burglar alarm. 3820 W North.
7:40pm - Battery in progress. 3759 W Palmer. Two guys fighting. One's yelling he's going to get his gun.
7:41pm - Beat 2546 just pulled up on the 7:40pm job. Hollering is heard in the background. They say everything is ok.
7:44pm - Battery in progress. 1707 N Harding. Group of guys fighting.
7:48pm - It's getting choatic over on the 7:44pm job. At 1701 and 1734, they're getting calls for gangbangers throwing bottles, riding on bikes, etc.
8:00pm - I have to go. I'll be back tomorrow. Good night, everyone.
