Traffic Accident On Ridgeway, Criminal Trespass On North Ave.

Good morning, everyone, it's 10:13am. It's a sunny morning with temps in the lower 50s. Today is going to get into the upper 50s, with sunshine remaining. Although, this evening, it may storm. Anyway, I'm monitoring crime from now until my dinner. Not sure what my monitoring schedule will be tomorrow and Wednesday, but I will be taking Thursday off to prepare myself for monitoring 14 on Friday for 24 hours. Here's crime for this morning and afternoon.

11:21am - 1) Traffic accident. 27XX N Ridgeway. 2) Criminal trespass. 3918 W North Ave. Two males just went into the vacant building.

11:23am - Disturbance. 4100 W Fullerton. At the U-Haul. Male found inside a car, some sort of dispute.

11:43am - Traffic accident. Belmont and Avers. Semi VS car.

12:44pm - Disturbance. Pulaski and North Ave.

1:41pm - Backlog in 25 at 13:41 hours.

1:42pm - Theft. 20XX N Karlov. Boyfriend took the mail and car.

1:50pm - Backlog in 25 renewed at 13:50 hours, for Third Watch.

1:55pm - Suspicious person. 23XX N Kedvale. Male Black with a blue shirt and jeans and shopping cart is hopping fences, taking items out of the yard. He also stole a window.

2:15pm - 1) Traffic accident. Fullerton and Hamlin. Injures. 2) Parker. Ridgeway and George. Sliver car obstructing the view of traffic.

2:21pm - Beat 2583 is doing foot patrol on the 4400 block of W Diversey.

2:46pm - Gang disturbance. Tripp and Fullerton.

2:59pm - An RD number is being pulled from the 1:42pm job. It's HV225089 with the event number of 08213.

3:29pm - 1) Suspicious person. 39XX W Wellington. Two male Hispanics, one with a black cap and other with a crowbar are standing in front. Unknown what they're doing. 2) Narcotics. On 2535's Beat.

4:14pm - Beat car 2523 has a traffic stop at 3605 W Belmont.

4:37pm - Criminal damage report. On 2523's Beat.

4:43pm - Beat car 2524 has a handwaver at Belmont and Milwaukee.

4:50pm - As it turns out, 2524 has the victim from the 4:37pm job. They'll handle the job. 2523 is given a disregard.

4:59pm - Burglar alarm. 25XX N Harding. Two large dogs confined on scene.

5:24pm - 1) Parker. 41XX W Wellington. 2) Parker. On 2525's Beat.

5:40pm - Beat 2540 is doing park check at Koz.

6:34pm - Beat car 2525 is doing foot patrol on the 2300 block of N Kedvale.

6:37pm - Narcotics. On 2523's Beat. Selling.

6:58pm - I'm going to go for the night. I'll be back tomorrow. Have a good night, everyone.

Rapid cars are the only cars that can answer outside the "assigned box"? This is going to work. We were better off with FBI Jody Weiss.

The Chicago Police just can't do the job anymore. Each officer should produce activity. If cops aren't doing the job, fire them. My uncle is a Cook County sheriff. He says the city cops are low quality.

Anonymous 7:29, from what I've heard, at least in 15, the rapids are being used in the "box". Not sure about 25.

Anonymous 8:12, I disagree. I think the County has the officers of low quality.
