Unknown Man Walking Around Schubert/Kildare

Good morning, everyone, it's 9:21am. It's a sunny morning with temps in the lower 50s, and temps will climb into the lower to mid 60s. It probably will stay sunny, but there's also a chance of thunderstorms later this afternoon. Anyway, I'm monitoring 25 from now until my dinner (well, except from 4pm to 5:09pm), and then I'm going to cover 14 from 9:20 to 9:42. Tomorrow, I'm covering 25 from after my dinner until the first call after midnight on Sunday. I'm not blogging on Sunday. With that, here's crime for today.

10:25am - Suspicious person. Schubert and Kildare. Male walking down the block, he's not from the area. Not sure what's so suspicious about him.

10:30am -  Beat 2582Foot is doing foot patrol along Milwaukee today.

11:03am - Parker. 4319 W Belmont. Car with a plate of K106520 is blocking the alley.

11:53am - Hold-up alarm. 3720 W Armitage. At Armitage Commons Apartments.

1:30pm - Beat 2582 is doing foot patrol from Kilbourn to Pulaski on Fullerton. Event number is 08570.

2:07pm - Burglar alarm. 30XX N Kilbourn.

2:08pm - Backlog in 25 at 14:08 hours.

3:01pm - Parker. On 2523's Beat.

4:00pm - I'm going to go until 5:09. I'll be back then.

5:09pm - I'm back.

7:09pm - Narcotics. On 2563Boy's PDT.

7:10pm - I have to go eat, and with that, I'll be back at 9:20. See you all then.

9:20pm - I'm back. Good evening, you all.


9:26pm - Gang disturbance. 18XX N Drake. Group of them drinking and playing loud music.


9:28pm - Suspicious vehicle. 19XX N Wood. Male in a vehicle parked in front keeps laying down like he's hiding something.


9:29pm - Beat car 1413 has a traffic stop at 24XX N Bernard.


9:35pm - Residential alarm. 26XX N Troy.


9:40pm - A gang suppression mission is going to be done on 1422's Beat shortly.


9:42pm - I'm going to go for the night. I'll be back tomorrow evening. Hope everybody has a good night.

Can they install GPS chips inside firearms? This way we could track where they are. I've heard they're gonna install them in the cops new badges to see how long they actually work.

I just don't understand what good it would do for us to know where the cop's firearms are. Seems confusing to me.
