Christmas Eve 2011

Good morning, everyone, it's 11:30am. It's a sunny Christmas Eve out there with temps in the upper 20s or lower 30s. It's going to be around 40 today. I hope everyone is enjoying this day of festivities and is spending time with their loved ones. Anyway, I'm monitoring 17 right now until 11:45am, then I'm covering 14 from 11:45 to 12:15pm, then 25 from 12:15 to 12:45. I will then leave until 9:45, at which time I'll return with 17 until 10. Then, I'll cover 14 from 10 to 10:30, then Zone 12 from 10:30 to 11. Here's crime for portions of this Christmas Eve. Enjoy your day!

11:47am - Parker. On 1411's Beat.

12:15pm - Switching over to Zone 12. Standby...

12:45pm - I'm going to go. I'll be back later. May everyone enjoy their afternoon on this Christmas Eve.

9:45pm - I'm back until 11. Good evening, everyone. I'm back with 17, first of all.

10:00pm - Switching over to 14. Standby....

10:30pm - Switching over to 25. Standby...

10:38pm - This may or may not be in the area, but Beat 1656 is hearing about ten loud reports on the extreme west end of Beat 2523. They're on Cicero and say the loud reports are being heard about three blocks east of their location, which would be around Kenton, Kolmar or Kilbourn. Kilbourn is the western border of Beat 2523. The loud reports are being heard on the 3100 block.

10:43pm - Shots Fired. 3100 block of N Kenneth. Seven heard. Here we go...

10:44pm - A slow down is being given on the 10:43pm call. It's fireworks being fired off on Beat 2521, on the 3100 block of N Knox.

11:00pm - I'm going to go for tonight. I hope everyone enjoys the remainder of this Christmas Eve, and Merry Christmas to everyone! I'll be back at 6am tomorrow morning.

Maybe they're trying to shoot down Santa?

If there is a Santa, maybe they were.
