Criminal Damage On Wrightwood

Good morning, everyone, it's 12:00am. It's a clear and pretty warm night. I forgot to mention to all of you that some of our CPS schools started back on Monday. I'll obtain the list of all of the schools in our community that started back, and for three days next week, I'll monitor calls from those schools. When I do that, no other calls from the neighborhood will be put up here, unless they're calls like "Shots Fired" or something. Anyway, I'm monitoring 14 for all of you good residents east of Central Park overnight from now until about 5am or 6am. We'll see. Then I'll get up around noon and start monitoring 25 for the day. So, here's crime for today.

12:04am - Criminal damage. 35XX W Wrightwood.

12:10 to 12:40am - I didn't pay much attention. I'm sorry. I'll get this time period tomorrow.

1:01am - Reckless driver. Kedzie and Fullerton.

1:03am - A unit has a traffic stop at 2300 W Fullerton.

1:54am - EMS run. 33XX W North Ave.

1:55am - Burglary in progress. 19XX N Spaulding. Male White, white t-shirt and black pants, is crawling into a window.

2:34am - Burglar alarm. 2639 N Elston.

3:01am - Beat 1410Robert is holding an outdoor roll call at Kedzie and Logan.

3:02am - Burglar alarm. 2047 N Milwaukee. At V-Live.

3:46am - Burglar alarm. 1913 N Milwaukee.

4:03am - Disturbance. 20XX W Concord. Unruly roommate.

4:28am - Parker. 2600 block of N Sawyer. Permits.

4:35am - Suspicious person. 19XX N Kedzie. Male Black on a bike with milk crates on it was lurking around the caller's property. He fled east on Homer towards Albany.

4:47am - 1) Disturbance. 2346 N Western. At the Marathon gas station. Male yelling at the gas station attendant and bothering customers. Needs to be removed. 2) Assault in progress. 35XX W McLean. Caller's getting threatened with a monkey wrench.

4:53am - Beat car 1432R, the responding unit to the McLean call, asks for a call back. Dispatch says there's not a call back.

5:07am - The 4:35am job is calling back, but now it's an "Information for the CPD" call.

6:00am - I'm gone for the next few hours. I'll be back by 12:30 or 1pm. See you all then. Have a good morning, everyone.

1:48pm - I'm back. Good afternoon, everyone. I know this was later than excepted.

1:57pm - Gang disturbance. 2800 N Lawndale.

2:09pm - Gang disturbance. Fullerton and Harding.

3:20pm - Traffic accident. 37XX W Dickens.

4:03pm - EMS run. 17XX N Pulaski. Caller feels like they're going to pass out.

4:54pm - Check the well being. Milwaukee and Central Park. Male with a walker sitting in the bus stop shelter looking like he's out of it. Caller asked him if he's ok or not. He did not answer. This is the usual guy that goes up and down Milwaukee all day. Caller was driving by.

7:12pm - EMS run. Beilfuss Park (Wabansia and Avers). 18 yr old female is layed out in the park. Looks like she's high.

7:34pm - I have to go eat. I'll be back.

7:50pm - I'm back.

8:08pm - Beat car 2523 is getting some stuff on their PDT when they come back from their lunch.

8:42pm - Alarm. 29XX N Kenneth.

9:43pm - Curfew violators. 1900 block of N Harding.

10:25pm - Disturbance. 1900 N Harding.

10:43pm - 1) Disturbance. 38XX W Wrightwood. Group of noisy males. 2) Car alarm. 43XX W Drummond.

10:48pm - Parker. On 2523's Beat.

10:53pm - Suspicious vehicle. Palmer and Lawndale. GMC Jimmy with a male occupant in it has been circling the block for an hour. It has a plate of 6253401.

10:57pm - Shots Fired. 24XX N Lawndale. Two shots heard followed by two male Whites, one small and short build with a light blue jacket, and one 6 feet tall with blonde hair and dark clothes walking out of a building and getting into a maroon van. It fled towards Altgeld on Lawndale.
