What's this "Club Gibbons" that's all over 2523's beat?

The "Club Gibbons" thing is where a group of drunks go into the abandoned buildings and basically live in them.

Timmy, do you know why they use the name "Club Gibbons"?

The other day I heard a woman screaming in an abandoned building on Avers. Is this one of those gibbons buildings?

Anonymous 1:02, no.

Anonymous 11:23, was it on the 2900 block of Avers by any chance? I know that's where most of the abandoned buildings along Avers are, but I would like to verify.

Timothy, thanks! About the weather, it was nice to be not sweating, but the winds made it a bit chilly. Certainly better than the 80 degree weather, though, I'll say that.

Yes the building is in the 2900 block of Avers. I've also seen homeless men in a house at about 3001 on Avers too. They climb in and out a basement window there.
