Good afternoon, everyone, it's 3:37pm. Day #2 of Special Olympics was alright. I won 6th place in the 100 meter run. I'm a little disappointed in myself because I feel like I could've done better. But my leg was somewhat hurting today, which prevented me from running as fast as I can. Oh well. Maybe next year I'll do better. Anyway, it's kind of chily out. I have nothing else to say, so here's crime for this afternoon and early evening.
3:50 to 3:54pm - Had the radio off. Sorry.
4:04pm - Animal bite. 2609 N Kostner.
4:07pm - EMS run. Milwaukee and Avers. Elderly male down in the alley. People are trying to awake him.
4:16pm - Disturbance. Springfield and Wabansia. In the park, there's drinkers.
4:36pm - Battery in progress. Koz Park. No further information.
4:46pm - Suspicious vehicle. Barry and Pulaski. Red car following a female in a parking lot. Probably the mini mall.
4:47pm - Beat 2505 is doing a park check at Mozart.
4:51pm - Gang disturbance. Harding and Wabansia. Four of them representing and harassing people going by on the SE corner.
4:58pm - Beat car 2523 gets a parker on the Beat.
5:01pm - Disturbance. Belmont and Lawndale. Five to six males throwing bottles.
5:40pm - Burglar alarm. 2323 N Pulaski.
6:00pm - Beat car 2525 has a handwaver at 2112 N Springfield regarding criminal damage.
6:23pm - Traffic accident. 4441 W Wrightwood. Neighbor crashed car into the garage.
6:32pm - Burglary. 1622 N Avers. Male Hispanic, black hat and jacket, and dark pants just broke into a house and fled west on North Ave.
6:48pm - Some job on Lawndale somewhere and another at 4003 W Wellington.
6:49pm - I have to go eat. I'll be back.
7:06pm - I'm back :).
7:25pm - Some job at 3611 W George.
7:26pm - Criminal trespass in progress. 2526 N Hamlin. Several teens
7:35 to 7:42pm - The volume on the radio was turned down. Sorry.
7:45pm - Parker. On 2525's Beat.
7:50pm - Some jobs in the 20 sector.
7:54pm - Domestic disturbance. 3117 N Kilbourn. Problem with the child.
8:08pm - I have to go. I'll be back tomorrow. Good night.

u know what i dont get in chicago is the cops are killing people to for no reason last year they killed twelve people i heard a lot of the killings they shouldnt of killed them cause one was a 18yr old kid he put his gun down and the cops as soon as he did they shoot him down im guessing chicago police are crooked and suck they dont protect the hood they destroy it
That's a pretty hasty generalization, Anonymous 6:42pm. I don't think all city police officers are crooked. In addition, you don't know any more about the circumstances surrounding any police shooting than what the media decided to share. The media can be pretty crooked, too. Think before you accuse.
Anonymous 6:42, some of those killings were for a reason. Like, some of these people killed by police because they pointed guns at them. But, there ARE a FEW crooked cops within Chicago Police, and I don't like them at all. However, most of the cops who I know aren't corrupted in any way.

Anonymous 4:37, I'm somewhat offended by your comment. I'm in a CPS school, but yet you don't see me talking like that. That's how anonymous 6:42 feels about CPD. I can't really say I agree with the comment, but I respect it.
However, you're right on for your last two paragraphs (well, except for the Mexican part because every race does it).
