Good afternoon, everyone, it's 3pm. School was pretty good today. Anyway, it's in the upper 60s with some clouds right now (it was supposed to be at about 80 today). Well, I'll be here until bedtime, so here's crime for this afternoon and early evening.
3:28pm - Barking dog. 2827 N Ridgeway.
3:55pm - Battery in progress/person with a knife. 3934 W Diversey. Multiple calls coming in. Male fighting security after being held for theft. I guess the guy got away from them because the caller also says the guy's got a knife to the manager.
3:59pm - A slow down is being given on the 3:55pm job.
4:06pm - 1) Disturbance. 29X0 N Kenosha. Male drinking and being loud in front. 2) Information for the police. 1617 N Springfield.
4:35pm - Beat 2573 has a handwaver at 3192 N Milwaukee.
4:55 to 5:31pm - I fell asleep. Sorry :(.
5:48pm - Assault in progress. Kelvyn Park. Males, who are probably gangbangers, are chasing people through the park with bats and 2X4s.
5:54pm - Disturbance. 3057 N Monticello. Males drinking in the rear.
5:58pm - Battery in progress. 2325 N Keeler. Females fighting.
6:02pm - Theft. Diversey and Avers. An offender stole something and the vitcim chased him towards Springfield.
6:04pm - A slow down is being given on the 5:58pm job.
6:53pm - Narcotics. On 2523's Beat. They're getting high, whoever it is.
6:55pm - Disturbance. 4137 W Wellington. Skateboarding kids being too loud.
7:13pm - Disturbance. 3014 N Davlin.
7:47pm - Gang disturbance. Altgeld and Ridgeway.
8:00pm - I have to go. I'll be back tomorrow. Good night, everyone :).

Not in the neighborhood or coverage area, but ok. And, are you sure it was near Cicero? I've been listening in for a few hours and there's been no calls over the radio for "shots fired or "person shot".
not exctaly sure cause i was taking a nap then heard the shots then my neighbor said someone got shot by cicero but havent heard the police come
driving home 'round 3AM, saw a car drove into the hot dog (?) place at kimball and belmont. front end cleared the wall of the building, and the airbags were deployed. didn't see anyone in the vehicle or EMTs, but police were on the scene. i'm assuming people were taken away by the ambulance or ran off by the time i passed by. it was a 2- or 4-door red/burgundy compact/sedan.
Ouch! That sounds serious, anonymous 10:40. I'm betting since nobody was in the vehicle and no EMS on scene, the ambulances rushed everyone to hospitals. If you can find out a little more for me, like how the people involved are doing now, I'd appriecate it.
