Good morning, everyone, it's 8:50am. I'm monitoring 25 from now until 8:02pm, then again briefly from 11:22 to midnight. I'll be covering 14 from 4:30pm to 5:49pm. Here's crime for today.
10:08am - Person w/ a knife. 3919 W Fullerton. At the Fullerton hotel. Caller's sister is threatening to hurt someone, she has a knife.
10:12am - Beat car 2525 is asking for a call back. It was a third party call. 2525 is giving Beat car 2522, his back-up unit, a disregard.
10:36am - Commercial alarm. 3609 W Armitage.
10:37am - Beat car 2535 is coding out the alarm as 14Paul. It's gone off three times already today and there's just a problem with the alarm.
11:52am - Disturbance. 27XX N Lawndale. Two people arguing about some property.
12:12pm - Couple of parkers on 2523's Beat.
12:20pm - Parker. On 2524's Beat.
1:32pm - Parker. On 2524's Beat.
2:08pm - Parker. 24XX N Kildare. Neighbors put chairs out to save their parking spot.
2:33pm - Bus alarm. Diversey and Pulaski. CTA bus #2016, headed west towards Karlov.
2:34pm - Battery in progress. 23XX N Springfield. Large fight on the street.
2:36pm - Battery. 22XX N Springfield. Unknown male came in and attacked the brother, father and someone are holding him now.
2:43pm - 1) Beat 2551 is asking for a call back on the 2:34pm job. She's saying that the residents said they didn't call CPD. 2) Battery in progress. Springfield and Fullerton. Big fight. 3) Battery in progress. Fullerton and Avers. 4) Battery in progress. Hamlin and Fullerton.
2:44pm - Person w/ a knife. Hamlin/Fullerton. Male by the meat store with a knife. Probably involved with this on-going big fight. Not sure what's going on.
2:45pm - 2551 is giving a slow down on the 2:44pm job.
2:54pm - Parker. 40XX W Wellington. Car blocking the hydrant.
5:24pm - This just in: ALL Chicago Public Schools are closed for tomorrow, due to the dangerous cold and hazardous conditions on the roads. So with that, if you can, please keep your children home.
5:54pm - Assault in progress. 25XX N Kildare. Two people threatening each other.
6:47pm - Parker. 24XX N Kildare. Someone has chairs out there to save their parking space.

11:27pm - Robbery. 3025 N Pulaski Rd. At the Subway. Restaurant was just held up.
11:32pm - Not sure how related this is, but now there's a burglar alarm going off at the Subway.
11:33pm - Beat car 2521Robert is giving a flash from the Subway robbery. Wanted is a male with a mask covering his face, a black jacket and blue pants that were possibly denim jeans. He took $220 then fled south on Pulaski towards Wellington. Beat car 2523Robert is assigned to the paper.
