Fight In Spin Cycle On Pulaski

Good evening, everyone, it's 6:41pm. Today was Election Day. Seems like everything went well at the polls. Anyway, it really seems like the cop haters have crawled out of the woodwork. Every time I turn around, I see someone saying the cops don't do their job, the cops don't do this. But I'm not going to argue with people about it. I know it for myself that most cops in our neighborhood do what they can do for this neighborhood, and if you're so unsatisfied with them, complain to that crybaby we call Chicago Police Superintendent Jody Weis about it. Oh, but he'll turn around and fire some more. Then people wonder why the cops don't really do anything, because all of you little inconsiderate citizens got the police department you wanted. On that note, here's crime for this evening.

6:45pm - Battery in progress. 2059 N Pulaski. At the Spin Cycle. Fight between females ensuing.

6:46pm - Burglar report. 2440 N Hamlin.

7:34pm - Assault. 3735 W Fullerton. Group of people threatened the staff at the clinic.

7:58pm - Shots Fired. Barry/Springfield/Harding.

8:04pm - A slow down is being given on the 7:58pm job. "Nothing" is going on, per Beat 45Mary71David. He says this in a hurry, so I don't really believe it.

8:05pm - I'm going to go. I'll be back tomorrow afternoon. See you all then, and have a good night.

45M71D is a specialized unit working out of the A5 Detective Division. I think this is the Area MSF Unit. Does anyone know? Does MSF function by Det. Area or are they an entirely citywide unit?

What's MSF?

Mobile Strike Force...takes the place of what used to be TRU (Tactical Response Unit) and what was also SOS. Same unit, same officers, same officer supervision, just different unit names, lol.

Beware of those mobile strike force guys. They'll show up, but if its just a paper job, they flee just as fast as they came. They won't help you.
