Good morning, everyone, it's 3:22am. It's a cloudy overnight with temps in the mid 30s, and today is supposed to be sunny with temps around 50. I bet a lot of you are wondering why I'm up this early. Well, last night, I had meant to take a nap for an hour or two, but I ended up sleeping until now. I'm still tired, though. I'm monitoring 25 today from now until about 5am or so, then I plan on coming back around 10am or so. My monitoring schedule will vary today. Tomorrow, I'm going to monitor 14. Here's crime for portions of today.
3:54am - Shots Fired. Wrightwood and Springfield. Two shots heard, sounded like they came from a car.
3:58am - A slow down is being given per Beat car 2522Robert.
4:00am - Beat car 2535R has a traffic stop at 3327 W Fullerton.
6:17am - Parker. 43XX W Drummond. Handicap spot being blocked.
6:42am - Parker. 25XX N Harding.

Actually, the Chicago police have orders in reguards to car chases. That's why most get called off. Cops hear about a chase and everyone comes running. Remember years back when those goofs from 025 chased a car all the way to Elgin.
