Good morning, everyone, it's 5:22am. It's a clear "night" (well, really morning, but ... LOL) outside, with temps around 30. It's going to be a partly to mostly cloudy day with temps in the 30s. Anyway, tonight, I am attending the CAPS Beat meeting for 2523 this evening. Hope to see you 2523 residents there. Here's crime of 14 before I go to school this morning.
6:06am - Burglar alarm. 16XX N Hermitage.
6:20am - Beat 1484 asks for an event number for two things. One, for the foot patrol mission on Milwaukee from Logan to Central Park, and two, for the Logan Square Blue Line station. The foot patrol's event number is 02347 and the station's event number is 02349.

9:29pm - For those of you on the west end of the neighborhood, just east of the Koz Park area, if you heard a bunch of firetrucks in the area, don't be afraid. CFD was just responding to a fire on the 2500 block of N Ridgeway. Beat 2510 is on scene, requesting traffic control and a paper car.
9:44pm - Parker. On 2525Robert's Beat.
10:59pm - Parker. 27XX N Monticello.

Foot patrol missions? Man those cops don't actually get out and walk the street. Just check out the foot guys they have in 25. They drive cars.
Maybe when 25 is gone and 13 takes over things will get better.
