Good morning, everyone, it's 12am. Even though it's now midnight, it's still Halloween evening to most of us, and I'm continuing to monitor the neighborhood, until 2am. Things haven't been that bad this evening, and hopefully things will just fizzle out. With that, here's crime for the remainder of this Halloween.
12:32am - Disturbance. 31XX N Hamlin. In the hallway, there's people slamming doors, cursing and being loud.
12:37am - Check the well being. 36XX W Cortland. Man has blood coming from his eyes and is tied up in the alley.
12:43am - Area 5 wants to know 2534Robert's status on Cortland. They're still on scene, and are requesting an ambulance. Apparently this is a bona fide job of some sorts. Possibly a kidnapping or robbery.
12:59am - 2534R's victim is being taken to llinois Masonic Hospital.
1:20am - Beat car 2525R wants to know what they're looking for in that alley. Beat 5502 wants them to give him a call.
1:27am - Curfew violators. 29XX N Ridgeway. Eight of them under a porch.
1:34am - Loud music disturbance. 2300 N Ridgeway.
2:00am - I'm going to go. My coverage of Halloween is over for this year. I should be back later today for more crime. If not, have a great day, everyone!

With the way the economy is you'll see a rise in robberies the thiefts of all kinds. Lock your doors and windows. Notice how slow police response time is? It's only gonna get worse.
@ bobbo...I live on the 2800blk of Harding and the police are fast to act every time there is a problem, especially car #2523 those guys on the afternoon shift rule!!!
