Disturbance On Springfield, Person Catches Foot In Something On Barry

Good morning, everyone, it's 12am. It's a clear night with temps in the 50s, and today's supposed to be sunny with temps in the upper 70s. Monitoring the current 25th District for now, but we'll see how tomorrow goes with the supposed new changes. Can't believe it's October already. Wow. It's getting colder and the days are getting shorter. Halloween is later this month, then the Holidays will be coming later next month. Just so you all know, but I will have very limited monitoring this week and the first half of next week, as Midterms are next week for me at school, and I'm determined to do well on those. Here's crime for portions of today.

12:15am - Disturbance. 2400 N Springfield.

12:23am - EMS run. 41XX W Barry. Caller caught their foot in something, can't get it out.

12:26am - I have to go for the night. I'll be back at some point today. Good night, everyone.

6:58am - I'm back. Good morning, everyone.

7:38am - Suspicious person. On 2523's Beat. Something about a male that keeps checking kids out.

7:41am - School crossing needed at 3800 W Armitage, from now until 9:30am.

8:39am - I have to go. I'll be back later or tomorrow. Have a great day, everyone! :)

I heard a call of a "battery in progress". Some unit was there earlier & said it was okay because they were having a "Gypsy Court." They were settling some family dispute. Unbelievable.

Were there ugly pick up trucks and fake Tuckpointing trucks?

Are they gonna board up the house at 2920? Ridgeway. There's an old lady living there which allows the homeless to stay in there with her. Even though there's a sign on the door which the city has shut the building down.

Mary LaNett: Thank you. This is old news.

In the meantime, feel free to call the cops or Department of Buildings whenever you see people hanging out under the stairs or in the yard. That sign means "No Trespassing", and the police are supposed to remove anyone from the property.

That would probably be more effective than posting random hairbrained ideas and complaining in the comment section of Timmy's blog.
