Do these beat meetings ever solve anything? How about putting those Caps officers back on the street where they are really needed.
Yes. If you go, they can solve a lot of problems. Better communication with officers gives them context for problems and potential solutions.
Go to one, you'll be surprised.
The Caps office s just a hiding place for cowardly cops, afraid of their own shadows. These officers are usually there because of a phone call. Most of them shouldn't have been hired to be the police. Most of them should be social workers for DCFS, not the police dept.
