Good evening, everyone. I have word of an on-going barricade situation that is occurring on the 2400 block of North Ridgeway Avenue as I type. According to the Chicago Tribune, there is a man on a rooftop who refuses to come down. He has been there since shortly before 5am this morning and he refuses to come down.
As of now, police are saying that the situation is on-going and were still at the scene. There is no further information at this time.
