Good evening, everyone, it's 5pm. I had a pretty good day at school, but am glad it's over with until tomorrow. It was a bit nice to be outside today, and it's kind of warm out. It got into the lower 40s. But get ready for Thursday and Friday. They're taking 50s for those two days. Anyway, as I said last night, I have a pretty busy week ahead of me. Tomorrow evening, I have the POD Training session at the 25th District Police Station, then I probably have a Student Government meeting Friday. If I'm not busy with homework Thursday evening, and it's not raining that much, I'll come drop by Beat 1432's CAPS meeting, but this will be a one-time only thing and I'm going to meet fans on the Beat and to get a feel of things on that Beat. So here's crime for this evening.

7:31pm - Burglar alarm. 3742 W McLean.
8:40pm - Burglar alarm. 4301 W Diversey. At the church.
9:00pm - Traffic accident. 3100 block of N Central Park.

Happy Valentine's Day 2009
Good morning, everyone, it's 12:10am. Happy Valentine's Day to everyone who believes in it. Anyway, today, I am covering 17 for our Avondale residents who live north of Belmont, so crimes will be in this color. I should be here all day.
12:09am - Beat car 1733 on viewed an accident at Belmont and Pulaski. No injures.
12:30am - I'm heading to bed now. Good night everyone. I'll be back in a few hours.
12:31pm - I've been back for three hours, but it's been quiet. Anyway, there is a municipal ordiance violation. 3200 W Belmont. Someone is selling McDonald's on the street.
12:55pm - Parker. Milwaukee and Belmont. In the Walgreens parking lot.
12:59pm - There's now a second call on the 12:55pm job.
1:04pm - Sounds like the 12:55/12:59pm jobs moved over to Milwaukee and Pulaski.
1:43pm - Multiple units are rushing southbound on Ridgeway from Diversey. Switching to Zone 12 for a moment to catch what's happening.
1:44pm - There is an open back door at 2703 N Ridgeway.
1:45pm - Beat 2524 says there are people in the garage, but they are prior owners. The home appears to be foreclosed and must've been getting their stuff out or something.
1:51pm - Disturbance. 3431 N Pulaski. The car shop won't release a car to their owner.
3:01pm - A flash is given out over Zone 1 for the safety of officers in 17 from Beat car 1910. Wanted for Assault in the 19th district is a Daniel Hart, of 3710 W Cornelia. He is a male White with a birthdate of 5-March-57. He is 265 pounds. He is said to be mentally unstable. He drives an older red BMW with a broken window on it (no plate was provided by 1910). He frequents the gas station at Addison and Lawndale. Officers should use caution if Hart is spotted.
3:37pm - Fraud (that's what I'm putting it as). 3262 W Belmont. Caller says the mother won a ruffle ticket for Best Buy from two guys who got video camera equipment or something. I'm guessing the mother was cheated out of her ticket. The caller wants to make a police report and have police look at the documents about this incident.
4:29pm - Alarm. 3545 N Kedzie. High grade showroom east motion.
4:30pm - I missed the first call on it, but there was a job at 3438 N Albany a little earlier. A second call just came in for that location. An arrest was made there earlier, but now they want the landlord arrested as well. He's kicking in the door.
4:36pm - A slow down is given at 3438 N Albany per 1710.
4:37pm - Car alarm. Cornelia and Hamlin. No further information.
6:56pm - I'm going to go eat. Will be back soon.
7:12pm - I'm back from eating.
7:24pm - I'll be back in a few minutes. My mom wants the radio for a few minutes.
7:30pm - I am back.
7:31pm - Beat 1723 is doing foot patrol on the 3800 block of W School.
8:18pm - I have to restart my computer. While my computer's off, I'll write down anything I hear in the coverage area.
8:26pm - I'm back from that.
8:37pm - Gang or Tac unit 1761Adam gets a gang disturbance. Since dispatch didn't say where it was in 17, I'm going to have to put it up here. It may be in our coverage area for all we know.
10:28pm - Disturbance w/ a mental. 3353 N Pulaski. A mental male is becoming violent.
