Good afternoon, everyone, it's 3:27pm. School was pretty good, but tiring. At least the weekend is here. But enough of that. I received word of a vicious attack that occurred on the 2900 block of N Hamlin around 10am this morning. Reading the email about it, I'm so pissed off about the attack that I am doing a separate post on it. It should be up sometime tonight. Anyway, tomorrow, I will be monitoring on a weird schedule, which will be after dinner to about midnight or 1am. On Sunday, I'm not sure what the schedule will be, since I'm taking my mom out for her birthday. Here's crime for this afternoon and evening.
3:29pm - Battery. 2924 N Central Park.
3:55 to 4:40pm - I took a nap :). I was tired.
4:52 to 5:25pm - Took another nap.
6:30pm - 1) EMS run. 2959 N Hamlin. 2) Disturbance. 2822 N Harding. 3) Some call at 3649 W Wrightwood.
6:43pm - Fire. 3050 N Milwaukee. Smoke coming from the building.
6:49pm - I have to go eat. I'll be back soon.
7:08pm - I'm back.
7:11pm - Disturbance. 3927 W Belmont. Males in the parking lot, drinking.
7:47pm - Robbery. 2538 N Kildare Ave. Caller's gold chain was taken.
7:51pm - Disturbance. Belmont and Milwaukee. SW corner. Male is yelling racial slurs. He's drunk.
7:58pm - Domestic battery. 4444 W Deming. Fight broke out between a male and a female. They're both calling 911 on each other. The male said she threw a blunder at him.
8:11pm - Wanted from the 7:47pm job is a male Hispanic, 20-25 yrs old, 5'9, 160 lbs, dark blue jersey and dark colored shorts, who fled towards Altgeld on Kildare in a beige Toyota.
8:32pm - Suspicious vehicle. 1627 N Pulaski. Green La saber in the parking lot of Walgreens with two to four occupants in it.
9:15pm - Domestic disturbance. 3046 N Hamlin. Problem with the brother.
9:17pm - Parker. 3632 W Diversey. Green car blocking the garage.
9:24pm - 1) Disturbance. Ken-Well Park. Group of teens drinking in the park. 2) Theft. Fullerton and Pulaski. Male stole money from a teenager. This male is homeless and was begging for money.
10:07pm - 1) Support unit request. 2304 N Avers. Beat 1310 wants 2524, the unit responding, to check for a crime scene following a stabbing that occurred at the scene. 15 yr old stabbed his father in the neck. 2) Parker. On 2524's Beat.
10:14pm - Domestic disturbance. 1832 N Springfield. 14 yr old daughter is out of control.
10:17pm - Speed chase. Speed chase. Fullerton and Cicero. West on Fullerton. Going about 50 mph is a white car. Took off from Beat car 2525Robert.
10:19pm - They lost the car.
10:57pm - Gang disturbance. 29X4 N Ridgeway. They're loitering.
11:10pm - Parker. 2530 N Hamlin. Car on the hydrant.
11:15pm - Beat car 2523R is getting stuff on the 20 sector. Also, a backlog in put in 25 at 23:15 hours.
11:34pm - Missing person report. 2822 N Hamlin. 16 yr old hasn't returned home.
11:37pm - Burglar alarm. 2126 N Avers.
