Good morning, everyone, it's 9:34am. It's a cold, cloudy March day with temps in the 30s. It'll remain that way. I'm monitoring 14 today. Well, that's all I have to say, so here's crime for today.

9:40am - 1) Battery. 28XX W Diversey. 2) EMS run. 32XX W Wabansia.

9:46am - Car alarm. 25XX N St. Louis.

10:20am - Parker. On 1433's Beat.

10:27am - Municipal ordinance violation. 3555 W Belmont.

10:29am - Suspicious person. Armitage and Humboldt.

10:35am - Beat car 1412 says that there's a wire down, from light pole to light pole, at 28XX N Sawyer.

11:02am - Assist the citizen. 28XX N Sacramento. Caller's laptop was stolen and they traced it to this address.

11:10am - Beat car 1434 is doing a Community Concern at Churchill Field.

11:15am - Some call in the area.

11:30am to 11:45am - I think there were a couple of calls in the area, and if there were, I missed them. I'm sorry.

12:01pm - Prostitution. 3526 W North Ave. In front of Steve's Sports Bar. Female White, 30s, slim, black coat, black hat is walking back and forth, selling herself.

12:39pm - EMS run. 35XX W McLean. Male suffering from stomach pains. He's on house arrest.

12:41pm - Disturbance. 31XX N Kimball. Homeless male on a crate in the back, smoking and loitering.

12:54pm - Disturbance. Milwaukee and Sacramento. Woman in the street keeps knocking on the windows of cars that are stopped at the light.

1:14pm - Suspicious person. 3001 N Albany. In the vacant building. People in the attic.

1:34pm - Beat car 1424 has a traffic stop at Armitage and Rockwell.

1:54pm - Beat 1463Eddie is doing a burglary mission on the 30 sector. Event number is 08573.

2:02pm - Theft. 30XX N Whipple. Dark green Honda that just made a right on Wellington has two male Hispanics that stole the hub cabs off the caller's car. The plate is L57776.

2:03pm - Suspicious person. 2624 N Milwaukee. A male is banging at the caller's door, at one of the apartments.

2:11pm - Beat 1463Boy needs an event number for a Public Violence mission in the area of Humboldt and Cortland. It's 08448.

2:18pm - An RD number has been pulled from the 2:02pm job. It's HV181728 with the event number of 08676.

2:19pm - 1) The 1:14pm job is coded. 2) Suspicious person. 3100 block of N Sawyer. Three males ringing people's doorbells.

2:20pm - Alarm. 16XX N Troy.

2:49pm - Disturbance. 2001 N Western. At the taco place. Intoxicated male Black, 65 years old, brown jacket and light blue jeans is causing a problem and needs to be removed.

3:16pm - Traffic accident. 2651 N Milwaukee. Large Chevy hit the caller's car.

3:21pm - Traffic accident. California and Armitage. In the BP gas station.

3:47pm - EMS run. North and Leavitt. Older male in a Dodge Durango is asking for EMS. They want CPD to ride along.

4:03pm - Burglary. 30XX N Whipple. Male Hispanic, 20s, black hoodies and blue jeans stole a PlayStation out of the caller's home.

4:09pm - 1) Traffic accident. 1600 N Ashland. 2) Burglar report. 34XX W Diversey.

4:20pm - 1) Traffic accident. Logan and Diversey. 2) Recover the stolen auto. 19XX N Sawyer.

4:25pm - Burglar alarm. 17XX N Winnebago.

4:29pm - EMS run. Milwaukee and Kedzie. 15 year old is bleeding. He has no shoes on. EMS wants CPD there, too.

4:30pm - Person w/ a gun. 2165 N Milwaukee. Inside the bar. Male Black with a green or brown sweater and blue jeans has a black pistol.

4:32pm - A slow down is being given on the 4:30pm job. They're filming a move inside there.

4:39pm - An RD number has been pulled from the 34XX Diversey job. It's HV181896 with the event number of 10700. Beat 1410 is being notified that it's a bona fide burglary.

4:40pm - The 4:29pm job is coded a 19Boy. Now, 1413 is asking for an event number for a premise check at the Logan Square Blue Line station. Event number is 11244.

4:41pm - Beat 1405 is asking for a park check at Holestin. It's 11249.

4:43pm - 1) Landlord/tenant dispute. 16XX N Kimball. Problem with a tenant. 2) Check the well being. 1949 W Fullerton. Very drunk male White with a grango cap and teal sweatshirt and jeans is standing in front of the Popeyes, pounding on the door, but he doesn't seem to be aware of his surroundings.

4:44pm - 1) Parker. 17XX N Winchester. Sliver Jeep Cherokee is blocking the caller in. 2) Check the well being. Kimball and Dawson. In the Blue Line subway, southeast corner. An alarm is going off and a door is open. CTA personnel enroute.

4:48pm - An RD number is being pulled from the Logan/Diversey accident. It's HV181907 with the event number of 10866.

4:50pm - Beat car 1413 is requesting a call back on the Kimball/Dawson job. Dispatch is calling back. There's nothing "L" related at this intersection. There's just a bus stop. 1413 is thinking this thing might be occurring at the Belmont station.

4:52pm - Dispatch has CTA on the phone, and they're saying it's the emergency exit door under the ground at this location.

4:57pm - Child abuse/Battery in progress. 2657 and 2649 N Kedzie. Mother beating on a child in the alley. A few seconds later, an "information for the CPD" call comes out regarding this whole thing. By the McDonalds over at Sawyer on Milwaukee, there's a female Hispanic, 5'4 with a black coat walking east on Milwaukee on the west side of the street, towards the Logan Square station.

5:01pm - The kid from the 4:29pm job is now behind 2649 on Kedzie.

5:03pm - 1413 is relocating someone to 30XX N Central Park from the whole child abuse thing.

5:08pm - EMS run. 21XX N Hoyne. Unresponsive baby.

5:09pm - Disturbance. 1767 N Milwaukee. At the Aidi. Male Black, black skull cap, black cap, black jacket, blue jeans and black boots is harassing people in front and refuses to leave.

5:11pm - 1405 is asking for a park check at Simons. Event number is 11690.

5:25pm - Disturbance. Diversey and Albany. Teens loitering on bikes and on the sidewalk.

5:46pm - Information for the CPD. 17XX N Sawyer. Car from an accident is still there.

5:51pm - Suspicious vehicle. Campbell and Fullerton. Ambulance has been parked in the Dominio's Pizza parking lot since 9:15am this morning.

5:56pm - 1) Traffic accident. Armitage and Western. Property damage only. 2) 1422 is about to do a gang supression mission on the Beat.

6:00pm - 1431 has a traffic stop at California and Palmer.

6:16pm - A unit is doing a premise check at the California Blue Line station.

6:25pm - A unit is doing a premise check at the Western Blue Line station.

6:50pm - I have to go eat. I'll be back soon.

7:10pm - I'm back.

7:17pm - A unit is doing a premise check at the California Blue Line station.
