Good morning, everyone, it's 9:30am. It's a cloudy day with temps in the upper 20s. Today will get into the mid to upper 30s, with snow later on in the evening. Today, I'm monitoring 25 from now until my dinner. We'll see how it goes. Here's crime for today.
10:10am - Battery. 3121 N Pulaski. At the ASPIRA Early College school. Caller's daughter was hit by a male student.
1:25pm - Recover the stolen vehicle. 22XX N Monticello.
1:29pm - Beat 2548 has an on-view traffic accident at 4400 W Diversey. He'll take care of it.
1:30pm - Criminal trespass. 20XX N Lawndale. Male just went into the basement, which is supposed to be vacant.
2:53pm - Beat 2583 is doing foot patrol on the 4400 block of W Diversey today. Event number is 09471.
3:25pm - EMS run. 2955 N Avers. In the garage of the vacant building, a man has been sleeping there for two weeks. Might be a D.O.A.
3:42pm - Beat 2573 is coding the 3:25pm job as a 19P, and is now doing a premise check on a vacant building near the intersection of George and Ridgeway.
5:27pm - Beat car 2535 has a traffic stop at 3820 W North Ave.
6:50pm - I have to go eat, and with that, I'll be back sometime in the week or this upcoming week. I'll see you all around. Good night, everyone.

Isn't that Aspira school for troubled teens? Seems nothing but trouble there.
No, Aspira is a CHARTER High School funded by the Chicago Public Schools. Unfortunately, Aspira lets anyone and everyone in there. There was an Aspira school on Western near Fullerton and there were sexual assault arrests of male students happening there on a daily basis until they were shut down.
