Good afternoon, everyone, it's 4:56pm. I just got in from school. It's been a really long day for me, to say the least. But it was a good day. Anyway, I'm hearing we've got a snowstorm moving into the city for the first half of the weekend. From what I saw, the National Weather Service says we're supposed to receive two to four inches of snow. I personally can't wait to see some snow (it brings me happiness, especially this being the holidays). Also, tomorrow, I should be here most of the day, with the expectation of going to the store, and maybe going to collect signatures for something along my block. Here's crime for this evening.
5:38pm - Gang disturbance. 2X30 N Pulaski. 25 gang members loitering in the alley.
6:46pm - Criminal damage in progress. Armitage and Springfield. Two males tagging buildings. Thanks to ProdigalOne for obtaining this call while I was napping.
7:30pm - 1) EMS run. Hamlin and Schubert. Man keeps falling and hitting his head, fire en route. 2) Assist the citizen. Palmer and Hamlin. Thanks to ProdigalOne for obtaining both calls while I was napping.
8:05pm - Burglary in progress. 3129 N Davlin. Males were breaking into the side of the building, and they have bricks.
9:13pm - Theft in progress. Wrightwood and Central Park. Two males stealing Christmas decorations off a building.
9:39pm - Battery report. 3067 N Milwaukee.
10:12pm - Check the well being. 2935 N Avers. A child is crying and is screaming for help.

Sounds about rigth pulaski is crime infested drug deals all around.
Nonsense, those burglars are just pissbums.
You should all go out and take the streets back. Isn't take what they tell you at those Caps meetings? If the neighborhood don't care about their area, why should the police?
Anonymous 6:14, that part of Pulaski anyway.
Anonymous 11:25, I'm thinking the same thing.
Anonymous 11:54, I agree. I tell people this all of the time, this is our community, we need to take it back. As for me, I'm doing everything I can to take back my block and community. I do as much community work as I can, but I need a break, too. I've got a ton of meetings every month I have to go to, and I'm responsible for many things in our community, so it's nice to get a break every now and then.
