Good afternoon, everyone, it's 4:12pm. It's a sunny afternoon, with the sun setting. Temps are in the 40s. That will change tonight, however, as colder weather comes in from the north. We're also going to get snow, and a lot of it, I've heard. It's going to be around 6 inches or so. I advise for those of you who drive to work to be careful tomorrow and Friday. If you're on public transportation, allow extra time. I'm hoping I'm not too late getting home tomorrow or late getting to school. Also, tonight, I have a community meeting to attend at the Copernicus Center on Milwaukee, at 6pm. It's regarding the space at Belmont and Pulaski and what the plans for it are. With that, here's crime for a portion of the late afternoon/early evening.
4:39pm - Battery in progress. 27XX N Harding. Group of teens fighting across the street, in Koz Park.
4:58pm - Criminal trespass in progress. 2424 N Springfield. Vacant building.
5:22pm - Check the well being. Fullerton and Kostner. Bicyclist down, it looks like he got hit by a car.
5:25pm - The bicyclist is at an address on the 2400 block of N Kostner. It is indeed a hit and run accident.
5:34pm - Criminal damage in progress. 3000 block of N Pulaski. There's a couple of male Hispanics, one with a maroon hoodie and plastic bag, tagging Barry Plaza from the alley.
5:38pm - I have to get going now. I may or may not be back. If I'm not, I hope everyone has a good evening, and I'll hopefully see you all tomorrow.
7:52pm - I'm back. Good evening, everyone.
8:25pm - Ok, I'm gone for the night. Need to finish up some things and then go to bed. Good night, everyone.

They weren't fighting, only having fun. Isn't that what parks are for? Why do the crabby keep calling in such nonsense?
Pretty sure it was fighting. It was at Koz park after all.
