Good evening, everyone, it's 6:50pm. Sorry for being absent the last few days, but I listened in for a bit on Wednesday and Thursday and heard no calls. I was too tired to blog yesterday, because I had spent 3 hours trying to get home from school due to the snowstorm and by the time I arrived home, I was too tired to do anything. Anyway, I'm monitoring 25 from now until the first call or two after midnight, and then tomorrow I'm covering 25 from when I wake up until either my dinner or until 6:50. So with that, here's crime for this evening.
7:37pm - Burglar alarm. 44XX W Montana.
8:47pm - Disturbance/suspicious person. 2550 N Pulaski. At the Marathon gas station. Male Black with a black puffy coat is acting suspicious and is causing a problem.

8:53pm - Suspicious vehicle. 1633 N Hamlin. In front of the youth building.
10:28pm - Beat 2563Eddie is pulling an RD number for an "1811" from 3633 W Fullerton. It's HV126948 with the event number of 151XX.
10:33pm - Assault in progress. 36XX W Dickens. Male Black, late teens, 5'2, black hoodie, who's a gangbanger, is threatening to harm the family and to shoot them. He's also threatening to bring people over.
11:51pm - Traffic accident. 19XX N Monticello. Several parked cars hit.
11:58pm - Reckless driver. Wrightwood and Avers. Male Black driving a red 4-door Chevy headed east towards Hamlin is all over the road.
Perhaps the city should start fining those bogus alarm calls like they used to. Dummies can't work their sytem, write them a ticket.
ReplyDeleteThey still fine bogus alarm calls, this hasn't changed.
ReplyDeleteNo they don't. You can bearly get the cop out of his car to check the door. I just hope this new police chief will get rid of the dead wood in his police dept.
