4:34pm - Disturbance. 40XX W Oakdale. Something happened to the caller's car. 911 couldn't understand the caller because they have broken English.
4:36pm - 2523 is saying that they're doing a burglary from auto report on Pulaski around Oakdale, so the 4:34pm job might be another car burglary. They'll go over there when they're finished writing out the report for their victim on Pulaski.
