  1. Do these beat meetings ever solve anything? You can tell the police your problems, but they don't do anything about it.

  2. They can solve a lot if you actually go to them consistently.

  3. Timmy, do you happen to know what "covert vehicles" they are using in District 15?? Just a curious concerned citizen.

  4. I believe in 15 they are using Ice Cream Trucks and Taxi Cabs as their covert vehicles.

  5. Actually its a hovercraft. Very covert.

  6. I heard some drug dealers are selling drywall or wax & pretending it's crack. There known as "burn bags" or "dummy bags". There should be a law against this.

  7. Actually covert cars are those impounded by the police. If your car gets taken for a traffic violation, chances are you'll see them using your car.

  8. I want my hovercraft back then!

  9. Thanks 8:06, I guess if they have giant rims that are worth more than the car than it could be a covert vehicle.

  10. If you buy fake drugs, oh well. Drugs are illegal. I think its pretty funny one of you chumps buys a phoney rock or blow..

  11. bobbo, a good dope dealer knows that selling "burn bags" on the block drives away business. Any professionally run dope spot will not tolerate ripping off customers.

  12. Like I said, buying or selling dope is illegal. It's still a good laugh as a chump gets burned.

  13. It's even funnier when buy the dope, then slip on a banana and step on a rake. Good times! Har Har!

  14. Hmmmm... maybe its the locals selling those "burn" bags to disrupt the dope trade on the block? Sounds good to me. Let s talk about it at the CAPS meetings. We'll run the dealers off the block that way.
